Welcome to Registration (Wolf Pack Days) for SRVHS





San Ramon Valley High School Registration for 2 School Year


With the introduction of the District's Infinite Campus Parent Portal, the fall registration process will be in two parts: online and at school. By having a portion of the process online, we hope to increase the efficiency for the on-site portion.



Step 1 – SRVUSD Annual Update via Parent Portal



The majority of the forms that were previously completed and returned to us at our on-site registration have been converted to electronic format and are only available on the Parent Portal. There are still a few forms that you will have to submit in person.


Option 1:

If you already have a parent portal account:

Complete the annual update through the parent portal


Option 2:

If you do NOT already have a parent portal account:

You must first get your GUID code (activation key for your parent portal).

To get this key you can email or contact Barbara Murray () or Mary Carlson () directly at SRVHS.

Once you have the GUID code, this is your activation key for the parent portal account. Please go to the following link and click on the “help button”. This will guide you through the steps needed to create your account: https://campus.srvusd.net/campus/portal/sanRamon.jsp


Step 2 – SRVHS Wolf Pack Days Preparation


You need to download the Wolf Pack Days packet of forms available for 9-11 graders HERE and 12 graders HERE. By pre-filling these forms out, you will save significant time at registration.


You will also need to go to our SRVHS WebStore to select the items you would like to purchase. We are only able to accept credit and debit cards on our WebStore.


By completing your purchases/donations online prior to Wolf Pack Days, you will save time! Please remember that all students are entitled to a free and appropriate education, and all of the purchases are voluntary donations. However, these donations are an integral part to making SRVHS the Home of Champions, and  they make a significant impact on the school.



Step 3 – WebStore/Booster Group Receipt

After you have completed your online shopping, be sure to print out a copy of your receipts and bring it with you to Wolf Pack Days.


Step 4 – Wolf Pack Days On-site Registration

A few important notes about the on-site process:


Bring your checkbook! Credit and debit cards will be accept for select transactions only.

If your student has any lost or overdue books or owes any fees or fines, you will be directed to the Textbook Clerk before proceeding.

Check-out forms will be distributed upon arrival. Please take a minute to fill in the top portion and indicate the items that you will be purchasing or have purchased.

Registration Check Lists for each student will be distributed upon arrival at Station 1. Please make sure that you bring printed receipts from the District Parent Portal, the Webstore, and any Booster Group donation(s)!
