Second semester is a great time to catch up on a difficult academic subject, to get ahead in a class or two before summer, or to ensure your child is prepared for the PSAT, SAT, or ACT.

Revolution Prep is giving every one of San Ramon Valley High School students the gift of tutoring this Spring Semester in order to prepare our students for success in 2017:

A $250 gift card to be used toward any Revolution Prep program, no purchase necessary. Gift card can be applied toward a Spring program, but must be redeemed by April 15, 2017.

Revolution’s private tutoring programs allow San Ramon Valley High School students the opportunity to work one on one with an expert in any academic subject, and these programs are delivered live-online with a tutor matched to your child’s needs, personality, and goals.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS

PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO A TEST/SEMINAR UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL!! YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS PROOF THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT AND THERE IS A SPOT FOR YOU.

After registering, PLEASE CHECK THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR THE CONFIRMATION WITH TEST/SEMINAR DETAILS!

Once you have registered via Paypal, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours from the Testing Registrar at [email protected]. The email will be sent to the email address linked to your Paypal account. If you do not see the confirmation email, please check your spam folder and mark srvhsab@hotmail as a safe sender so you can receive all future communications. These are not automated responses, so please allow 24 hours before you send an email inquiry.

WHAT TO BRING

Students should bring TWO #2 pencils and a calculator (no cell phones as calculators).

For Writing Seminars students should bring pencils and/or pens.

Water and snack are optional.

FEEDBACK SESSIONS/TEST SCORES

Students and parents are HIGHLY encouraged to attend the feedback sessions. If you are unable to attend the feedback session to receive test scores and information, please email to see when the scores will be available for pick up in the Career Center.

Students gain valuable insight into testing/study strategies to boost personal scores; learn techniques for eliminating incorrect answers; better understand test format/structure, etc. Feedback sessions are conducted by a representative from the Test Prep company who sponsored the practice testing opportunity

CATALYST SAT AND ACT BOOTCAMPS!

The SRVHS Academic Boosters is partnering with Monte Vista High School and Dougherty Valley High School to make Catalyst SAT and ACT Bootcamps available to our students. Please go to www.catalystprep.com/bootcamp_su for more information and to sign up!

Catalyst Bootcamp weekends are:

SAT September 24th and 25th 2016 @ MONTE VISTA HIGH SCHOOL

ACT October 15th and 16th 2016 @ DOUGHERTY VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL

SAT February 25th and 26th 2017 @ MONTE VISTA HIGH SCHOOL

ACT March 25th and 26th 2017 @ MONTE VISTA HIGH SCHOOL

FINANCIAL POLICY

Mock or Combo Tests:

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS but if you cannot attend a Mock or Combo Test, a 72 HOUR NOTICE prior to the test date is required in order to keep a credit on file for the school year. The credit can be applied towards any test or seminar during the school year.

Boot Camps/Seminars:

If you are a Sophomore and cannot attend a Boot Camp/Seminar*, a 72 HOUR NOTICE prior to the seminar date is required in order to keep a credit on file. The credit can be applied towards any test or seminar you take in the future.

If you are a Junior or Senior and cannot attend a Boot Camp/Seminar, a 72 HOUR NOTICE prior to the seminar date is required in order to issue a refund.

These vendors donate all, or a portion, of their fees to the Academic Boosters Program which in turns facilitates the funding of the SRVHS College and Career Center.
