| 2013 Women's Golf Tryouts Coaches: Debra Gliozzi, Ken Castleman and Richard Gliozzi [email protected] When: Tuesday 8/13, Wednesday 8/14 and Thursday 8/15 All players are expected to attend all tryout sessions. ( Unless approved by Coach Debra) Tryout Times: Tuesday 8/13 - meet at 3:00pm. Tee off at 3:30pm Wednesday 8/14 - meet at 3:00pm. Tee off at 3:30pm Thursday 8/15 - meet at 3:00pm. Tee off at 3:30pm (9 holes should take 2 hr 15 min. Max) Bring: All equipment: bag, clubs, tees, balls, pull carts are OK, athletic shoes and proper dress code. Also a hat, sun screen, water bottle and snack. Dress code: Crow Canyon is a private country club that graciously hosts our team. Dress code requires proper golf apparel. Skirt/shorts/skorts are to be finger tip length when standing (no shorter) Collared Golf shirts only - no tanks or tee-shirts - no denim ( on players or guests). Sneakers or golf shoes are OK. Come dressed to play. Criteria for team selection: Scores are the majority weight in the rubric designed by Coach Debra. The Varsity Matches consist of 6 players. There are two matches per week and 2 practices per week ( 4 day/week minimum commitment) Spectators are allowed at clubhouse patio only (able to watch girls tee off at first hole and finish at last hole) No spectators allowed on course. All paperwork should be submitted to Nicole Kugler at the SRVHS Bookkeepers office prior to try outs. |
