San Ramon Valley High School 2013 Women's Volleyball
Tryouts Information:
When are tryouts: Monday, August 19 – Friday, August 23
4:00 – 6:00 – Frosh only (selected frosh will be asked to tryout with upperclass after first day)
6:30 – 8:30 – All upperclass athletes
What you need to do: Turn in paperwork at SRV office prior to tryouts. We must receive clearance slip from office before you will be allowed to participate in tryouts.
Where are tryouts: San Ramon Valley High School main gym.
Selection process: Selection for teams is based upon skill level, athletic ability and attitude. Attendance at all 5 days is strongly advised, but not required to be
selected for a team. Varsity will be selected by end of practice on 8/22.
JV and Frosh will be selected by the end of practice on 8/23.

All athletes must have 2.0 or better GPA (last grading period) to participate.
Athletes are expected to come to tryouts in good physical condition. Tryouts will be strenuous.
Any athlete who is unable to attend tryouts must contact Coach Fujinaga in advance of August 19 to discuss alternative tryout.
Once selected for a team, all athletes are expected to attend all practices, games, tournaments and team functions.
The requested donation has yet to be determined, but will likely be on the order of $400.00
