HOMECOMING TSHIRTS The Freshmen "Friday Night Lights" T-Shirts will be on sale all week at school (in the quad) starting Monday(10/19). They are $10 each and are first come, first served until they sell out. We may also have some for sale out at the float building site over the weekend. Be sure to show class spirit by wearing yours to school and to the game on Homecoming Day, this Friday, 10/23! FROSH FLOAT UPDATE The FROSH float is officially under way and off to a great start thanks to the many student and parent volunteers who showed up this weekend. We have had about 40 students out at the site so far, but we still need more help! There is still plenty of work to be done. We will be out at the site on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 3:30-8:30 and this Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 9pm. (There will be no float building this Thursday and Friday due to the SRV vs De La Salle football games.) You don't need to sign up to work, just drop on by! And if you dont have a lot of time and want to help out, you can stop by the site and check out a bag of paper flowers to "fluff" and return. You can earn 1 hour of credit per bag of 60 flowers. It's easy and kind of addictive and you can do it while watching t.v. (Our site is the Bromley home: 107 Santa Clara Dr, off Camino Ramon & St.Thomas) Please look for NEW CLASS OF 2013 TEXT MESSAGE reminders and updates. They are a great way to stay in the loop. We have had 112 freshmen join already, but our goal is to have every freshman join. Text 41411 (as the phone #) and WOLVES13 (as the message) and hit send. It's that easy. Also, remember to visit the SRVHS CLASS OF 2013 FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE. You can do a search for the group to access the link to join. We will be adding photos and updates to the site so check it out! 2013 CLASS TSHIRTS! The Freshmen Class has a limited amount of Class T-Shirts left for sale. They can be purchased in the school's kiosk during lunchtime. They are $15 (cash or check) and can also be purchased through the SRV Web Store. (Please bring receipt of purchase with you.) If you have already ordered and paid for one, you will receive a phone call letting you know your shirt has arrived. STADIUM CHAIR FUNDRAISER! As some of you already know, the Freshmen Class (thanks to Marybeth Turner) has begun a fundraising campaign. We are selling the heavy-duty steel frame and canvas Stadium Chairs. They are green and gold and have been screenprinted with the "SRVHS Wolves" logo. They look really sharp and are very comfortable back-savers! We will be selling them at some of the upcoming home games for the Fall Frosh Sports such as Girls'Volleyball, Football, Girls' Tennis and Water Polo. (We also plan to be out again at the winter sports). They sell for $55 each and all profit goes to the Freshmen Class fund that we will rollover from year to year. It will help pay for future Class of 2013 events like the Sophomore Cruise, Junior Prom, and Senior Grad Night.
