Every 15 Minutes at SRV will be on April 17-18, 2019. The program’s name was conceived in 1990 when one alcohol-related traffic fatality occurred in the United States every fifteen minutes. Now the statistic is now about every 55 minutes but this is still about 28 alcohol-related fatal accidents a day in the United States. Every 15 Minutes is a two-day program that challenges SRVHS students to think about drinking, driving, distracted driving, personal safety and the responsibility of making mature decisions when lives are involved.
If you would like to view our past events there are links below. We want to warn you that the simulations involving students are very graphic and realistic. Please proceed with caution if you are triggered by emergency vehicles or close-ups of car accidents and severely injured people.
