SRVHS GRAD NIGHT 2019

 
GRAD NIGHT NEWS!
We are very excited to tell you that we have moved into our wonderful worksite and are READY TO ROLL!!!  GRAD NIGHT 2019 SIGN UP GENIUS
 
If you only have an hour or you want to take on something bigger. 
If you're an artist extraordinaire or paint by numbers is more your speed. 
If you can build a house or you can only change a lightbulb...........
 
We have something for everyone!!! Come join in the fun!!! 
 
WORKSITE HOURS:  (3350 Blackhawk Cr./on Draegers side, next to Kiki's Brows)
Monday            5pm-9pm

Tuesday          10am-3pm

Wednesday     10am-3pm -  7pm-9pm (construction will be there)

Friday               12pm-6pm

Saturday           9am-12pm (construction will be there) - 12pm-4pm

Thursday & Sunday open on request

 
Here are some specific needs:
 

-Movie Room: 2-3 people to join team to decorate space - already have lead

-Massage Room: need 2-3 people to join team to decorate space - already have lead

-Check-In Area: need 2-3 people to join team to decorate space - already have lead

-Kindergarten Wall: need 2-3 people to collect grade school yearbooks to borrow and copy to display at grad   night, and decorate a wall in commons 

-Dance Room: need lead + 2-3 people to decorate entrance to area and very basic room decorations

-Anyone like to draw a large mural? We need YOU!!!

-2 rolls of TYVEK 9' x 150'

-2 TV's for game room (donate for night then raffle off or borrow)

-Someone tech savvy to run slideshow

 

WORKER BEES!!!!

Putting together Grad Night literally takes a village, a community! So please consider

joining us at the worksite in Blackhawk to help with painting, construction, recovering

chairs and much more! Even an hour or two of your time is greatly appreciated!

You don't have to be artistic, just want to help! We are located in Blackhawk Plaza. On the 

Draegers side, next to Kiki's Brows.
