Athletic Booster Scholarships for Graduating SRV Student Athletes – Deadline April 28th, 2013! ATTENTION - All Parents of Senior Student Athletes at SRVHS: The SRV Athletic Boosters Club is opening our scholarship application process for 2013 graduating student athletes at SRVHS. To qualify for one of our scholarships, the student’s family must be an SRV Athletic Booster Club Member. The purpose of the Athletic Booster Scholarship is to recognize the athletic achievements of SRVHS graduating seniors who have also maintained a strong academic record. Recipients of the award have exemplified athletic excellence through athletic achievement, leadership and commitment throughout the 4 years of high school. Criteria: 1. Athlete must be a graduating senior planning on attending college. 2. Athlete must have been a team member in good standing for 2 years. 3. Athlete must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. 4. Student's family must be an Athletic Booster member. To be considered for the SRVHS Athletic Booster scholarship, please fill in the information on the application as completely and accurately as possible. Deadline is April 28, 2013. This information will be forwarded to the coach you designate at the bottom of the form. They will add their recommendation to the application by April 30. All information will be reviewed by the committee and awards will be announced at the Senior Awards Night.
