Grad Night 2017!
The Grad Night committee has started organizing activities, administration and we have a design plan! Our biggest need at the moment is a work/build site. We will need a 2000-5000 square feet warehouse/shop with electricity/light and a bathroom. Time frame from mid-January to mid-May (but we can move in as early as mid-November if we have a site). As we are part of the PTSA, we can offer a tax donation letter. Call or text Jacqueline Bennett with any leads 925-549-1911. The committee also needs a few more people for both small and larger projects. Please consider the open positions in the SignUp Genius http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c084eabab22a0fc1-srvhs
These are the dates for our committee meetings. Please join us if you are part of the committee or want to know more about the Grad Night plans.
- Wednesday November 2, 7:00 PM (3 Dover Ct, Danville)
- Wednesday December 7, 7:00 PM (3 Dover Ct, Danville)
- Wednesday January 11, 7:00 PM (at the work/build site)
- Wednesday February 9, 7:00 PM (at the work/build site)
Looking forward working with all our 2017 parents to create this wonderful event,
Jacqueline Bennett 925-549-1911
Kathleen Cima 925-785-3165
Julie Macholz 925-984-7333
Please look for any and all information about Grad Night on our CLASS OF 2017 webpage (under the STUDENTS tab on the SRVHS webpage). Thank you to those who have already volunteered to help! There are jobs where you can co-chair with a friend or two and small jobs to fit in everyone’s schedule.

If you are looking for some information and you can’t find it, the information may be on our Class of 2017 web page which is located on the SRVHS website under the STUDENTS tab.
If you are receiving this email then you have already joined the Class of 2017 mailing list. Unfortunately, the Class of 2017 news is an “opt in” subscription so only those who have subscribed receive the news. If you have friends that you think may have not joined the list, please forward this on and they can join our class list simply by selecting the “Join our mailing list”yellow button on the right hand side of the SRVHS website home page. This is primarily how we will communicate with you. We will not inundate you with emails so if you see one with the Subject: Class of 2017 Newsletter, please read it as we will try to compile all necessary items into fewer email newsletters, more than likely once a month.
Please stay informed about school and class events via text. If interested you should do this and please remind your student to sign up as well.
Here is how to receive the alerts:
Message: Follow @TextSRV17 (change year for the corresponding class: 17, 18, 19, and 20).
NOTE: make sure to put a single space between the word Follow and @TextSRV17
