Edgar Yipsel Harburg (April 8, 1896 – March 4, 1981), known as E.Y. Harburg or Yip Harburg, was an American popular song lyricist who worked with many well-known composers. He wrote the lyrics to the standards, "Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?", "April in Paris", and "It's Only a Paper Moon", as well as all of the songs in The Wizard of Oz, including "Over the Rainbow".

The Laramie Project by Moisés Kaufman
A chorus of voices brings to life the thoughts and feelings of the people of Laramie, Wyoming, in the wake of the murder of Matthew Shepard, a young gay man; a murder that has stood out over the last ten years as one of the most, if not the most, pivotal hate-crimes in the history of this country. The Laramie Project is about a community in the wake of a tragic event that explores the deepest realms of the human condition.
