Senior Ball Information: Class of 2010 Web store Sales: • Sales can be done by credit card on line through the SRVHS Web store April 19-23 • All paper work including web store receipt and permission slips must be brought to the kiosk April 26-28. • Tickets cost $70 for SRV Seniors ($100 for non-Seniors and guests) • There are no refunds on tickets! Menu: • Dinner includes Caesar salad, pasta/chicken entree, dessert, and beverages. • If you are a vegetarian please designate that by writing it at the bottom of your permission slip. Permission Slips Guidelines: • If permission slip is not turned in, student will not be allowed into prom regardless of payment. • Every SRVHS student must turn in a permission slip regardless of class. Non-SRVHS students fill out the guest portion on the SRVHS permission slip. • See webpage for further information, and additional permission slips if needed. Pictures: • Pictures will be in the Westin St. Francis’ Georgia room • Information about picture prices is provided in invitation • Information about picture prices is provided in invitation and orders can also be done online at: www.ciphotoca.com Transportation: • All transportation must be arranged on your own • Go to BART.GOV to get the Bart schedule and prices • Google “parking garages Union Square San Francisco” to find locations, hours, and prices Buses: • We have ordered two charter buses, the cost is $20. Pick up will be at 6:15PM and they will return at 12:15PM. If you want to purchase a ticket for the bus bring the $20 cost per person to the Kiosk at lunch April 26-28. Tuxedos/Flowers: • Men’s Wearhouse Formalwear, located in San Ramon, will provide a 10% discount to SRVHS. Tell them you're from SRVHS to get the discount. • Donn’s Florist in Danville will give 10% of all sales and will donate funds back to 2010 SRVHS Grad Night! Casino Room: • There will be a separate, fully-staffed casino room with black jack, craps, and roulette tables Other: • You are not issued a ticket to the Ball. Your names will be on a list and you MUST have your student photo ID to check in. This pertains to both SRV and Non-SRVHS guests • A supervised coat check will be available for items such as cameras, jackets, purses, etc. • Parents will be notified if students do not arrive by 9:30PM or if students leave before 10:00PM • Gum is not allowed. • Scholarships are available to students in need, we do not want money to hinder a students desire to come to prom.
