Students/Parents: Sign Up Now

If you have not yet signed up for Grad Night, there’s still time.   We will be extending the ticket price of $135 until November 15th.  After that date, the price will increase to $160.

To sign up, (click on grad night student waiver form link below) and print the sign-up form, complete the form, attach a check made out to “SRVHS PTSA – Grad Night” and mail to:

Parent Volunteers Needed!

Worker Bees Wanted!  If you can’t commit to working with a specific committee but would be willing to help out on occasion, let us know and we’ll add you to our Worker Bee list.  We are looking for three categories of worker bees – 
1) Design/Construction
2) General & Decorative/Artistic painting 
3) Movers & Set-up/Installation (we’ll need occasional help moving construction sets from one place to another). Send your name and contact information, and the type of Worker Bee job you are interested in, to Jodie Brescia at

How to get reimbursed for expenses: Make sure that your expenses don’t exceed the budget for your area!  Save all receipts and attach receipts to the Check Reimbursement Form (go to the grad night check request 2010 form below).  There is an Instructions link listed below for submitting.

Design Committee: Please plan to attend the upcoming meeting:

October 14th at SRVHS @ 7pm. This is a "help session" for all designers where we can firm up the budget, final design themes, provide you with examples of acceptable materials that can be used, present an inventory of grad night storage, look through some Stumps catalogs, share some ideas, and get your questions answered before you submit your designs. We will also be discussing any special needs you have for large visual props. We would like at least one designer attending from each area. 

DonationsPlease log any donations you receive on a Donations Form (go to the grad night 2010 donation form below).   Instructions for submitting are on the form.

Picture request for Senior Year Slide Show at Grad Night – 
We are creating a slideshow of our Class of 2010 Seniors to be shown during Grad Night.   If you have any digital photos of our Senior class FROM THIS YEAR (we will be asking for pictures from the past three years at a later date), please send them to .   The slideshow will highlight memorable events from our senior’s senior year.  Please send photos as you take them this year and make sure to include the month/year/event in the subject line of your email.  Feel free to add any notes about the pics.  For more info, contact: Dena Hollowood or Joan Mataraci .

Ink Cartridge Fundraiser
Donate Empty Ink Cartridges. Grad Night is a privately funded, substance-free activity sponsored by SRVHS parents for graduating seniors. Local businesses and parents join together to provide this safe, all-night activity after graduation. PLEASE HELP! Bring your empty ink cartridges (from printers, copy machines, etc. any size will do) to Roxann Stone (front office) at SRVHS. Ask your companies to help as well. We will arrange pick up from any local company. Every little bit helps offset the costs of creating the Grad Night environment to keep our children safe. Cash donations are welcome too! Thank you.
