Senior Parents Needed to Set Up Grad Night!

Dear Senior Parents,

After a year of planning, painting, creating, and constructing we are finally prepared to move our amazing creations into the facilities on campus and we need your help.  We will be moving our Grad Night sets onto campus and setting up for an incredible evening this coming week! This effort will require a team of volunteers daily beginning Saturday, June 4, through Friday morning, June 10. We really need your help, please join us.  We have been so fortunate this year to have an army of volunteers every time we ask, let’s keep it going one more week!

THIS SATURDAY: This is the day we will need the most help. This Saturday morning (6/4), we will be moving most of our sets and materials out of the work site and bringing them to the school. Dads, if you can plan to go directly to the worksite at 8am on Saturday morning that would be great. Bring a truck if you drive one. Moms, we need most of you at the school at 8:30 am, but we need a few Moms at the worksite as well. If your husband is going to the work site and you would like to go with him and start there, that would be great. The work site is located at 6761 Sierra Court, Suite A, Dublin, off Dublin Blvd. Go around to the back of the buildings. If you get lost call Brenda Dittmore at . If you can't make it at 8 am, find us at the school or at the worksite later in the day.

What to bring: hand trucks, dollies, cordless hand drills/screw guns, tool box, gloves, wire cutters, scissors, etc. We need a couple of tall 6-8 ft. ladders. Come empty-handed if you don't have tools, we need you more than tools!

After Saturday morning, we need everyone to just come to the school each day.   We will be open beginning at 8:30 AM every morning and will work through the evening.  Come as often and as long as you can!  Note: We will only be open from 8:30-12:00 on Sunday so that we can all have time to go to Baccalaureate with our families.

Wednesday and Thursday morning we need Dads and trucks again to meet at the worksite to finish moving large objects to the school and set up outside.  We will meet at 10:00 am on Wednesday and 8:00 am on Thursday. Moms continue to go to the school like you always have.

If you are planning to take time off work, the two main days to do so would be Wednesday and Thursday.  We are hoping to have everything finished by Thursday night and are planning to have a “light show preview” on Thursday night.

We also need help cleaning up the worksite on Mon, June 13.  We are especially appreciative of Dwayne Berry (Kyle Berry’s Dad) for leasing us this space and want to return it in the condition we were given it.  Please consider helping us out for a few hours on Monday during the day or in the evening.

Questions, contact Bruce Wilke at , Brenda Dittmore at , or Lisa Blackwell at

This is going to be one of the Best Grad Nights Ever!  Even if you haven’t had the time to come out during the school year, we would love your help during our move and set-up! We have a lot to do in a very short amount of time and the more volunteers the better.

Hope to see you there!
