Advanced Weights

In advanced weights students will learn proper movement patterns associated with advanced level weight training exercises and explore the differences between strength training and power lifting.The goal of advanced weights is to provide advanced students the opportunity to develop personal weight training regimens based on their individual goals and enhance the student/athlete experience by providing a training platform for sport specificity.

In advanced weights students will learn a variety of exercises that address and strengthen the following muscle groups of the body as well as develop muscular power and corridination through advanced weight lifting methods.

7. Total Body
