San Ramon Valley High School

Hamilton, Echo » Mrs. Hamilton

Mrs. Hamilton

Hi! My name is Echo Hamilton and this is my fourteenth year at San Ramon. Currently I am teaching World and U.S. History, however over the course of my fourteen years here I have taught a wide range of courses including Sociology, Economics, and Government.

Prior to beginning my teaching career I attended UCSB, where I earned my BA in history. After graduating I moved home and began my credential coursework at St. Marys College. While working on my credential I taught one semester of Economics and Government at Clayton Valley High School in Concord. The following summer I was lucky enough to get hired to teach here at San Ramon.

Three years ago my daughter Emma was born, and as a result I am currently part time. While I am only on campus in the mornings. I am still available to help students and answer their questions. Students can drop in during brunch, or make an appointment to see me during access. In addition, I am available on email until 8pm every evening.
