Hello and welcome to John Blake's pre-transition page.
Pre-transitions is a class that is set up to best help our students achieve their goals and objectives . We try to do this in the most integrated environment with the general education students. Our students are often mainstreamed into PE, art, and computer classes. Additionally, they participate in community based activities that build their social skills and ability to work in the world outside of San Ramon. Special Olympics is another key aspect of our program, with San Ramon sometimes hosting activities on our site.
